What is the 2 % Renthia Guarantee?

The Renthia Guarantee of 2% is paid by Renthia tenants, for their own safety. The guarantee is paid monthly and covers damages of up to 1500€ in case the deposit would not be enough. In the case of damages, you are covered, even if damages are greater than your deposit.
