I have applied for an apartment, what happens next?

Once you have applied for an apartment, Renthia will review your application. From here, your application can get declined, or proceeded with.

If your application matches the requirements such as duration, length of stay, as well as having a complete profile with ID, Employment letter/Payslips, you will be proceeded with, and a contract will be sent to your email for signing.

However, if your application does not match the requirements, and/or if you don’t have a complete profile. Your application will be on hold or declined.

Note* to increase your chances of renting an apartment, make sure to upload your ID, and Employment letter/Payslips to your profile.
