If the property is not well cleaned when moving in, you need to contact support@renthia.com within 5 calendar days after move-in together with photos or video as proof. We will thereafter discuss the issue with the landlord. A solution in that case can be to order a cleaning from via our service partner which will be payed by the landlord.
