What happens if I moved into a property and I don’t like it?

At any point in time, you can terminate the contract according to the local notice period stated in the agreement.
However if you simply just don't like the property because it does not represent what was stated in the ad, you can file a report to Renthia within 2 days after you have moved in. Whether the property is not clean or the floor plan is not as stated, report this to support@renthia.com immediately (within 2 days after moving in)
