Renthia is not responsible for lost keys. If this happens, you need to report it to support@renthia.com as soon as possible so that the owner can change the lock, for which you as a tenant, will be charged. In some cases, you as a tenant, may also be responsible for changing the lock yourself. Email support@renthia.com to get the answer.
